Submitting Draws and Change Orders

Please Note:  All Draws and Payment Requests must be in the office no later than 3:00 PM on Friday to be paid the following Friday.   Checks are released at 12:00 Noon on Fridays. Checks that are not picked up by 12:00 Noon on Monday will be mailed that day. We cannot make exceptions to this time line. Draws submitted must be for Work Completed Only.

Change Orders Change Orders must receive approval prior to the work being completed.  Keep in mind that Change Orders submitted after you have completed the extra work may not be paid.  If you are submitting more than one Change Order at a time, or if you have several Change Orders per job, please also use a Change Order Summary.

Draws/Application for Payment
Draws must include the following components:
   Original Contract Amount
   Approved Change Order Amount
   Adjusted Contract Amount
   Amount Paid to Date
   Draw Amount
   Balance Remaining

You may use your own form it if includes all of these items, otherwise please use our draw
form in addition to, or instead of, your invoice.  If your invoice is for a one time payment, a
draw form is not necessary.

You may print the Draw Form/Application for Payment from this website and fax it to (615)
356-4143, or you can copy and paste it here.  You may also email your invoices as an
attachment to subcontractors@constunlimited.com.  Suppliers can submit invoices to
suppliers@constunlimited.com.

Due to the unreliability of fax machines, we cannot guarantee payment of draws
submitted by fax.  If you choose to fax your draws, we recommend calling to verify our
receipt of your fax.  We cannot be responsible for payment of your draw otherwise.

Draws submitted with errors will be returned.  If your correction is not received within the
necessary time frame, it will be processed the following week.
