	Beginning January 1, 2005, ALL SUBCONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND LIABILITY INSURANCE. Due to the elimination of the I-18 we are forced to require this, and will not be able to use a subcontractor that does not carry this insurance. Please supply your insurance certificates to our office prior to this date.  You can ask your insurance carrier to mail the certificates directly to us at 6602 Hwy 100, Nashville TN  37205.  We must have your certificates on file no later than December 15, 2004. Again, if we do not have your insurance certIficate on file, we will be unable to have you on our job sites! Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. The CUI Team.
