RE:  CHANGE IN PAYMENT TIMES

Effective Thursday, October 14, 2004 there will be a change in PAYMENT TIMES for
Subcontractor Payments.

Checks will no longer be available for pick up on Thursday, rather they will be ready on
FRIDAY AT 12:00 NOON.

Unless you request that your payment be mailed as soon as it is available, your check will
be held in the office until the following Monday and mailed at 12:00 noon.

If you would prefer to have your check mailed as soon as it is ready (Fridays at 12:00
noon), please contact the office at (615) 352-2269.

Again, if you do not notify the office that you would like to have your check mailed, it
will now be held each Friday until the FOLLOWING MONDAY and be mailed at 12:00 noon.


As a reminder, draws and invoices are due by Tuesdays at 3:30 for work completed by
that time.  Draws for work you are planning on completing by Friday will not be accepted.
