	We have decided to simplify the draw process.  In order to do this, we are changing the day that draws are now due. Effective APRIL 8, 2005, draws will now be due in by 3:00 on Friday Afternoon to be paid on the FOLLOWING FRIDAY.  This is to allow us to have more time to review your draws and properly resolve problems, as well as reduce your wait time for checks. To ease through this process, draws received on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 will be paid on Tuesday, April 12th.  Draws received on Friday, April 8th will be subject to the new timeline. Checks will still be available on Fridays at 12:00 Noon, and be held in the office until the following Monday at 12:00 Noon, at which time they will be mailed.  If you wish to have your check mailed as soon as it's available, please contact us in the office.
